When working with SLS on any one of our mortgage assistance programs, you may be required to provide certain information including (but not limited to):

  1. Income Verification
  2. Prior Year's W-2 or Tax Return (if self employed)
  3. Copy of P&L statement (if self employed)
  4. Letter of Hardship
  5. Current bank statements
